We implemented various methods of lead acquisition, including manual entry, import from external sources, and integration with popular CRMs via Zapier and other direct integrations.
We have developed a sophisticated system that allows us to create automated text message sequences as well as live chats. We also provided the flexibility to manually assign leads to different sequences based on certain criteria or the context of the conversation.
