We developed a cutting-edge patient information portal that empowers healthcare providers to gather crucial patient data efficiently. Additionally, I designed and implemented a Doctor Suggestion Module to enhance patient care and decision-making. This project not only streamlines information collection but also offers valuable insights for healthcare professionals, ultimately improving patient outcomes and healthcare delivery.
